"We all have had a great time - Mike was very helpful and we would love to come back again!"
Bridget, Rick & Cerys Droughton & Lee & Brett Brizland (Runcorn, Cheshire), stayed May 31st-June 7th 2008.

"This our second visit here and we have enjoyed it just as much as the first time. Caravan is lovely, a real home away from home. Jack loved it and made friends with the children in the caravans opposite. We hope to be back soon."
Allen, Pam, Sharon & Jack Mobbs (Brownhills, West Mids), stayed May 24th-31st 2008.

"Lovely caravan, very well equipped, excellent location. Our grandsons loved all the DVD's and especially the Playstation 2. Hope to come again."
The Mayo Family (Willenhall, West Mids), stayed May 19th-24th 2008.

"Lovely caravan, we have all thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and hope to come back again soon! Lovely quiet area with lovely walks. We have enjoyed the wildlife, gorgeous weather, got sun tanned and a bit burnt. Thank you so much (Diolch y fawr)."
The Dunnage & Reynolds Family (Llanelli), stayed May 10th-17th 2008.

"Wonderful caravan, just as described on the internet. The caravan was well equipped, in a lovely position on a good site. It was well worth the trip. Fantastic holiday!!"
Mick, Michelle, Lisa, Greg & Sarah (Louth, Lincs), stayed May 3rd-10th 2008.

"Amazing caravan! We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Clean and homely. Boys loved PS games and teddies in bedroom. Would love to return again. Many thanks."
Gemma, Idris, Cameron, Bradley & Seren-Haf (Cardiff), stayed April 26th- May 3rd 2008.

"We have had a great week, Weather mixed but some warm, sunny days. Caravan refurbishment brilliant - big improvement. Ellen & Vaughan very helpful as usual. More like friends. Can't wait to return again in June, thanks once again Mike."
Margaret & Ray Leigh (Bolton), stayed April 19th-26th 2008.

"It's our second time here! Wow! What a difference in the living room... Love it here!"
Dawn Wickham (Swansea), stayed April 12th-19th 2008.

"We had a fantastic week. The caravan was very comfortable. James (8) really appreciated the range of DVD's. Vaughan popped by to say hello & offered useful advice. It was our 3rd trip back (missed last year) and it was great re-acquainting ourselves with the fantastic scenery - Devil's Bridge, Nant Y Anan etc."
Rachel, Mike & James Burge & Ann Lovegrove (Thatcham, Berks), stayed April 5th-12th 2008.

"We have had a lovely holiday, good weather and caravan excellent. Good cooking facilities, very good TV set and comfortable beds. Central heating works well, lovely views of the sea. Vaughan came to welcome us and offer his services as required. We hope to come again."
Pat & Colin Roberts (Hereford), stayed March 29th- April 5th 2008.

"A great caravan, superbly specified! Lovely area, close to the sea - an ideal base for exploring the surround area, many thanks."
The Morris Family (Hertford), stayed March 25th-29th 2008.

"Fantastic caravan, very homely and welcoming. Very well equipped with everything you would need for a great stay. Great location, would be lovely in the Summer! Thanks!!!"
The Taylor Family (Warrington), stayed March 21st-24th 2008.

"We all had a wonderful holiday and think this part of Wales is very beautiful. The entertainment in Funworks is excellent. Lots to do outside of New Quay. The walk along the beach when the tide is out is very peaceful. We recommend Folly Farm for kids, the steam train in Aberystwyth which goes through the valleys to Devil's Bridge, there isn't much time to walk the falls, but well worth a visit. Aberaeron is not far and also worth a visit. Great food outside the complex, The Wellington in New Quay does great Sunday lunches. The Penwig is also reasonable with great food. The caravan was very comfortable. We had a fabulous time - left a day early to miss traffic back to the Midlands but will definitely be returning next year at some point. Buy a fishing line from the pound shop and some fish heads then go crabbing on the harbour!"
The Mobbs Family (Brownhills, West Mids), stayed October 20th-27th 2007.

"Had a good holiday - enjoyed all the DVD's - kept the kids entertained, the big kids that is (ha ha ha). Weather been OK for the time of year, Caravan has been warm for smaller kids. Showbar and the Funworks we have all enjoyed."
Hemmings & Perkins Families (Aberystwyth), stayed October 6th-13th 2007.

"Had a really lovely time - caravan nice & spacious with lovely views! Went to Aberystwyth (just for the Somerfield). New Quay & Aberaeron both lovely. Went to Folly Farm - great for kids. Visited Cenarth Falls - disappointing. Lovely site - security guys very friendly & helpful. Can't wait to come back."
Nikkie, Steve & Maddie (Plymouth), stayed September 29th- October 6th 2007.

"Thanks for the use of your van. Had a good week but weather disappointing. Hope to be back again next Spring."
Margaret & Ray Leigh (Bolton), stayed September 15th-22nd 2007.

"Nice caravan, very clean & tidy on arrival. Have visited Aberystwyth to shop at Somerfields - done crab fishing at New Quay and Aberaeron - fish & chips lovely at The Mariner, New Quay. We found the easiest way to the beach is through the 2 wooden arches through the window - turn right for the beach or left for New Quay - or you can walk to New Quay via the beach. Kids spent a fortune in the arcades! The passes we paid for only cover the entertainment - which is quite basic - and the swimming sessions - crazy golf, trampolining, bouncy castle etc is extra and expensive (£2.50 for crazy golf!!). They even had to pay £5 if they wanted to join in the pool activities!!"
Carl, Jill, Liam & Scott Bates (Dudley, West Mids), stayed September 8th-15th 2007.

"We have had a lovely time in your caravan. Very well equipped and met all our needs. We have enjoyed exploring this part of Wales and will want to return. DVD's were great to watch, thank you."
Twist & Ainsworth Families (Burbage, Leics), stayed September 1st-8th 2007.

"Just a small note to say how much my family and my sister's family enjoyed our holiday in 36 and 38 Treathgwyn - the caravans were absolutely wonderful and it made all the difference having Vaughan - he was full of local knowledge and made sure that everything was ok with the caravans... Many thanks for letting us have the caravan keys early - we got there quicker than we thought we would and the two little kids would not sleep in the car as they were so excited."
Jillian Bebbington Family & Diane Willams Family (Leeds), stayed August 11th-25th 2007.

"We loved your caravan and really wished we had booked it for longer. We really have fallen in love with West Wales, especially Aberporth. It is a pity you have to pay for the bouncy castle, trampolines etc on top of passes for the leisure complex. It really is too expensive at £2 a go. Thank you for a fabulous experience, we will definitely be back!"
The Norbury Family (Birmingham), stayed August 4th-11th 2007.

"Had a wonderful time, the caravan was fantastic, it's easy to see how people live in them, comfy beds, great cooker, microwave - fantastic selection of DVD's, weather mixed but it's what you make it. Only got a day entertainment pass one day, it's quite expensive with children and not fair when you have to pay again for the bouncy castle etc!! My little girl 2 enjoyed the children's entertainment at night though. Well recommended holiday!!"
Linzi Armstrong (Hyde, Cheshire), stayed May 12th-19th 2007.

"... Just wanted to drop you a line and say how impressed we were with the caravan.  It was immaculate and huge and I have to say I have never been in a van with central heating and such a great shower.  Unfortunately we did not get good weather, it rained every blooming day but we did see a bit of Wales which was beautiful and I do plan to go back sometime. Also, have to mention that we were disappointed with the entertainment and the fact that the passes only covered the pool and clubhouse.  We wouldn't have bothered had we known because we only went into the show bar twice as it was so awful and the pool was no good for swimming at all.  Never mind, I assume that this is all out of your control.  It would have been better to be allowed into the Members Club as we were in the members part as that looked much better. As it was just us girls and kids we still managed to have a great time."
Julie Brookes (Chelmsford), stayed August 19th-26th 2006.

"We just wanted to say it was the best holiday we have ever had - we love Wales! The kids want to move to Wales! We drove about 1000 miles and visited loads of great places including Cardigan Island farm park, Folly Farm & Tenby, Pembertons chocolate farm Carmarthenshire, The National show caves, Aberaeron, Aberystwyth, Neath to see my uncle! And not forgetting the Brecon Beacons - breathtaking. The caravan was excellent very cosy the shower was great and the beds were very comfy, the toilet is a bit small! The caravan was really well equiped including some great dvds for the kids. We did not get passes for the Haven complex because we wanted to explore and we certainly did! So I can't say if the passes are worth the money or not. Thanks so so much for an amazing holiday! I am sure we will be back again soon."
Vicky Brand & Matt, Thomas & Sarah Brewster (Shoeburyness, Southend-on-Sea), stayed April 15th-22nd 2006.

"This is the best holiday caravan we have ever stayed in. Shower great, beds comfortable, central heating excellent. Had a great break, thanks."
The Spring & McCrue Family (Yate, Bristol), stayed October 22nd-29th 2005.

"Had a lovely holiday, caravan very nice and very clean. Shower is the best we have used in a caravan. Weather was very good for time of year, looking forward to coming back next year."
The Eagle Family (Crawley, West Sussex), stayed October 15th-22nd 2005.

"Week 1: On arrival at this lovely caravan we were very pleased with the interior as well as the exterior. We found the beds to be comfy and the shower was fab! The equipment in the caravan is sufficient... shame there isn't more work surface in the kitchen (perhaps a kitchen trolley with a workable surface on top would be ideal?).
Week 2: Another great week here and the weather hasn't been to bad for October. I replaced a hook in the back hallway that snapped when hanging a jacket on arrival. The kids enjoyed being in this beautiful caravan... and crab fishing... climbing hills... and splashing in the sea. Cost Cutter is better place to shop than local shop store. But a journey into Aberystwyth is better for shopping. Great time by all."
Tucker/ Jones Family (Coventry), stayed October 1st-15th 2005.

"A really lovely holiday home at a price that doesn't break the bank. Lucky enough to have good weather, so managed to spend a couple of lazy afternoons on the beach. The only down side is the holiday is over and we have to go home!"
The Elliot Family (Nottingham), stayed September 10th-17th 2005.

"New Quay fantastic, views brill. Caretaker was great with us. Hope to be back."
AM Dopson (Kidderminster), stayed September 3rd-10th 2005.

"First impressions, very lovely and tidy caravan. beds comfortable and the shower great (nice to have warm water). The weather was touch and go most times, though we did have two warm sunny days. This site excellent for all the family, but especially for younger children. Beautiful views and nice places quite close by."
Sharon Baxter (Patchway, Bristol), stayed August 27th- September 3rd 2005.

"Thank you we had a nice holiday, the weather was nice. The caravans are lovely and the beds are comfortable. Well worth it, thank you."
Tasha & Dan (Leeds), stayed August 20th-27th 2005.

"The beach is lovely and the beds are comfortable, I really enjoyed myself."
Talisha Evans, Age 7 (Leeds), stayed August 20th-27th 2005.

"Lovely caravan, weather mediocre. New Quay beach well worth a visit. Had a lovely holiday."
The Evans Family (Leeds), stayed August 20th-27th 2005.

"We have all had a great holiday. Thank you."
Lyons Family (Woolton, Liverpool), stayed August 13th-20th 2005.

"Excellent holiday, caravan and Quay West site perfect. Weather very good, would definitely return next year if possible. p.s. Our grandson (Connor) wanted to stay another three weeks... if only! "
Barry Lester (St.Helens), stayed August 6th-13th 2005.

"We really enjoyed our stay in New Quay. Our van was very clean and tidy with all necessary needs e.g. DVD's for kids, microwave etc."
The Welsh Family (Liverpool), stayed July 30th- August 6th 2005.

"I had a lovely time, I had a bedroom all to myself and it was very, very nice. The funworks is very good, but the club is better for younger kids. Thank you!"
Sally Walsh, Age 11 (New Ferry, Wirral), stayed July 23rd-30th 2005.

"Had really nice time, shame about the weather. Caravan lovely, nice shower. Thanks."
The Walsh Family (New Ferry, Wirral), stayed July 23rd-30th 2005.

"Had a really nice time, weather OK. Van was fantastic, best shower we've ever had in a van. Well equipped and homely."

"Weather superb and we have enjoyed returning to your lovely van. Hope to see you again."
Margaret & Ray Leigh (Horwich, Bolton), stayed July 9th-16th 2005.

"We have been to many holiday parks, this caravan is first class. All the people nearby are friendly and helpful. Had a marvelous week, would like to come back soon."
Caroline Morris (Neath, West Glamorgan), stayed July 2nd-9th 2005.

"Caravan was lovely, would definitely come back to Quay West. Everyone was very helpful."

"Caravan lovely and clean, could do with more worktop space. Will be back."
Robin Harris (Caldicott, Monmouthsire), stayed June 11th-18th 2005.

"What a lovely place. Thanks alot."
Darral Pinch (Clitheroe, Lancashire), stayed June 4th-11th 2005.

"We stayed at No.36 Traethgwyn Court at the end of May and we had a fantastic holiday. We could not fault the accommodation, it was undoubtedly the nicest caravan I have stayed in - beautifully appointed, spacious and suited our needs completely. We had really nice weather for the first few days so we were able to get out on the beach. When the weather changed, we went for days out including the National Show Caves in the Brecon Beacons - a great day out in a really beautiful part of Wales. Coming from Liverpool, we tend to visit North Wales. Although completely different, I found the countryside and scenery in Mid Wales to be really lovely; I don't think I have ever seen such vividly green fields before and so many sheep! We also visited Devil's Bridge waterfall (not for people young children, or folk who have difficulty walking or don't like heights, I would suggest). All in all we had great holiday. Thank you."
Linda Stitt & Family (Bootle), stayed May 28th- June 4th 2005.

"Had a great holiday. Caravan exceeded expectations. Thank goodness for a good frying pan. Hoping to come back in the future."
The Hulmes & Francis Family (Mossley), stayed May 14th-21st 2005.

"The nicest caravan we've stayed in. A lovely quiet spot - A lovely part of Wales, we intend to return! New Quay is a lovely place. Never went near the complex so can't comment, plenty more places to go! Many thanks for a lovely week."
Sandra & Phil Schott (Ellesmere Port), stayed May 7th-14th 2005.

"Lovely week, an opportunity to relax and take it easy. Caravan is excellent in every way, clean & well maintained. Would suggest fitting child locks to bedroom windows as little hands are curious! Many Thanks for a chance to enjoy family, without life getting in the way."
The Archer Family (Farnborough), stayed April 16th-23rd 2005.

"Caravan first class, but entertainment etc at complex poor - passes not worth the money!"
Margaret & Ray Leigh (Horwich, Bolton), stayed April 9th-16th 2005.

"We really enjoyed our stay. Caravan very good but workspace bit small. It's a lovely part of the world with plenty to do for our 5 year old (mine tours & railways went down very well). We will be back."
The Burges & I.Lovegrove (Thatcham), stayed April 2nd-9th 2005.

"Once again many thanks for the hire over the Christmas period. We have had a super time, the caravan was always A1 and your neighbour had decked us out with decorations and switched on the heating etc for our arrival which made it all the more special. He and his wife are extremely helpful and super people. My wife and I wish you all the best for 2005 and hope to revisit next year."
Gordon Grubb (Bridgnorth), stayed December 24th-28th 2004.

"The caravan is Ab-Fab! One of the best we have stayed in. The park itself was not worth comment. The area is superb and enjoyed paint balling at Cenarth (the falls are worth a look). Cardigan is lovely, as is the Farm Park - we did see some seals! The silver lead mine at Llywernog was fascinating and worth a visit. We saw many Red Kites in the area. On way back Devil's Bridge and Jacob's Ladder are worth a look but hard on the hamstrings! New Quay is a lovely place and the people friendly and helpful. Overall we had a brilliant holiday. Hope to return."
Fiona, Sophie & Robert (Bewdley), stayed October 23rd-30th 2004.

"Really happy with caravan (apart from the small loo!!). Accessories including DVD + Films Excellent!! Shame about greenery blocking sea view!! Passes complete rip-off!! Amusements are good but you're already £18.50 for week or £5 per day down before you can have a gamble. Same with club, very amateur acts and expensive drinks. We drank in New Quay in the end. Landlord of a certain pub made us very welcome (the free drinks helped). Don't think we would come back again although that is down to the site owners not the caravan owner! Caravan Very Comfortable 8/10, Site Amenities & Staff 3/10. Holiday overall good as made all of our entertainment day and night outside of the park."
Mary & Liam (Bournemouth, Dorset), stayed Sep 25th-Oct 2nd 2004.

"Caravan really nice - perfect location. Passes not worth the money but kids enjoyed it. Would recommend to family and friends. Thanks for a great week."
David, Margaret & Kids (Darwen), stayed September 18th-25th 2004.

"Excellent caravan site and position. Echo all the comments on the entertainment passes since Bourne Leisure took over the emphasis is on children's entertainment, even after 10pm. Enjoyed holiday and New Quay."
David & Sandra (Birmingham), stayed September 4th-11th 2004.

"We had a great week - no sheets at reception when we got here (although we were told there would be!) Caravan spotless and lovely and roomy - best we have ever stayed in! The entertainment passes were not worth the money - and I don't think it is fair that you have to have a pass even to get a takeaway! Other parks have a take-away separate! You can get everything you need in New Quay and save the money on the entertainment pass! Thanks for such a great holiday!
Three words - brilliant, perfect and lifesaving, thank you ever so much and would love to come back! best wishes Aimee xxx."
Sue, Nige John & Aimee (Brighton), stayed Aug 28th-Sep 4th 2004.

"Nice caravan, left perfectly clean for us. Toilet on the small side, kitchen workspace very limited. We have had a great holiday, plenty to see. Caravan situated in an ideal position overlooking the sea. Nice area of the park. Thank You."
Mr & Mrs Dunne (Warrington), stayed August 7th-21st 2004.

"Thanks for a lovely week at New Quay. Caravan was excellent and the kids loved it. I'm not one for picturesque views, but New Quay is very impressive.... Caravan great, no probs at all. Go for day passes in club as week passes not really worth the cash. New Quay very nice - excellent for the kids - very safe and great fun. All in all - excellent. "
David Hancy & Family (Bungay), stayed July 31st-August 7th 2004.

"Just got back from a very enjoyable stay in your fantastic caravan. Could not fault the caravan or it's location. We have visited a few Haven/ British Holidays sites, over the last few years (Tenby & Rockly Park) and I can honestly say your caravan was the best we have ever stayed in!! The Fun Works club was very disappointing, we could not get a seat for the evening shows as it was so packed, and many of the arcade games were broken and just took your money (indifferent staff not helpful) - having said that, I would have no problem in highly recommending your caravan and New Quay to family and friends."
Alan Hough & Family (Liverpool), stayed July 24th-31st 2004.

"Nice caravan, lovely and clean, however, kitchen - not enough workspace! It's lovely and quiet by here and I like the balcony. Neighbours very friendly and helpful. New Quay's views are beautiful, would return and will recommend! Had a lovely week, thanks."
Sheena & Ian Brown (Wrexham), stayed July 17th-24th 2004.

"We had a great holiday. Caravan was so comfortable. DVD's were a big hit with everyone, especially on the wet days. Passes aren't worth it. We bought daily passes if the weather was bad. Beach at harbour was great, safe for kids. Seen dolphins right in at the harbour and sealions. Food in the Black Lion was well worth it, prices very reasonable. Very quiet place, would love to take the caravan home."
Derek, Jacky, Lyzanne, Mark & Jeanine Cully (Ballyclare, N.Ireland), stayed July 10th-17th 2004.

"We had a great week. Lovely spot, nice, comfortable location. Ideal base for getting out and about. No complaints, OK, the toilet was a bit small, but we had no need to spend more than a few minutes in there at a time! Would return and will recommend. Many thanks."
Steve, Kris & Lucy Hamp (Hertford), stayed July 3rd-10th 2004.

"Very enjoyable stay, beautiful caravan and coastline...."
Cariad, Josh & Friends (Newport), stayed June 26th-July 3rd 2004.

"Had a great week, caravan nice and clean. Spotless. Passes not worth the money."
Al, Sue & Rhys Messham (Buckley), stayed June 19th-26th 2004.

"A lovely caravan in a quiet spot - priceless! Thanks for a great week."
Darren, Sam & Max Greenland (Abergavenny), stayed June 12th-19th 2004.

"Caravan nice and clean, weather was great - made a nice week. Pass for the club not worth the expense and drinks in bar expensive. Other than that thanks for a good week."
Simon & Clare Evans (Wrexham), stayed June 5th-12th 2004.

"Had a lovely week, caravan lovely, just thought toilet a little small and entertainment pass was a bit of a rip off."
Susana Arkinstall (Nuneaton), stayed May 29th-June 5th 2004.

"Lovely week, many thanks."
Nigel Crane (Worcester), stayed May 22nd-29th 2004.

"We had an enjoyable week, caravan very clean and comfy."
Rita Salter (Redditch), stayed May 15th-22nd 2004.

"Caravan is very nice, cosy and clean. New Quay is a nice town, as is Aberystwyth. Enjoyed our stay here."
Maureen, Kev, Susan & Haydn Murray (Arbroath), stayed April 24th- May 1st 2004.

"Thoroughly enjoyable week, caravan lovely, clean and warm. Used the site facilities and had a great time. the kids loved the nighttime entertainment in the Fun Works complex."
The Dearden Family (Oldham), stayed April 10th-17th 2004.

"Excellent Caravan (Nice to have the heating!)... Really enjoyed the caravan, the park itself was a little disappointing, it could do with a family area which isn't like Butlins, but then again you cannot have everything! We found lots to do outside of the park... A nice Indian restaurant was found in New Quay which we enjoyed. Overall a good break."
Dave & Sally Watkins (Bristol), stayed April 3rd-10th 2004.

"Have enjoyed a nice relaxing week. Caravan comfortable, nice and warm..."
Katharine Wilkinson (Chatburn), stayed March 27th- April 3rd 2004.

"Many thanks for the hire of your superb holiday caravan. My family and I have enjoyed a most relaxing and different Christmas. You must be credited for providing everything necessary for the ideal holiday break, it was simply great and so very comfortable, your neighbours were very kind and helpful and had turned on all of the utilities just prior to our arrival... I will most definitely be in contact with you regarding breaks during 2004 and for another longer Christmas by the sea."
Gordon Grubb (Bridgnorth), stayed December 24th-28th 2003.
