"Thanks again for another great holiday, caravan was clean and tidy like always. Weather not great but still able to get about. Didn't use the entertainmnet this time, used it in the past, it is not worth the money. The heating kept the caravan lovely and warm. The DVD's and Playstation kept my two boys entertained. Also thank you to the caretaker for calling down on our first night to make sure everything was OK. Looking forward to coming back next July."
The James Family (South Wales), stayed October 25th-November 1st 2008.
"We've had a superb holiday in the most beautiful caravan you could have wished for. The best sleep we've all had. Playstation and DVD's were a godsend when weather was really bad! Lovely central heating. We loved having a bath in a caravan which made a change. The vans are stunning from the front. Entertainment was poor and a big rip off. The only downfall I can say about the caravan is the driveway. It needs to be tarmaced or something to give the kids somewhere to play and the car to be pulled up closer as very boggy. Big thank you to Vaughan for nipping around to see if we needed anything, he's the most caring, considerate and mpst charistmatic man we've met, credit to him and his wife. All in all we've had a superb holiday, a shame we didn't see any dolphins, must be the time of year? Great bargain, great holiday, great people, great caravan. Thank you so much for a relaxing holiday."
Steven, Lynsey, Lucy & Lewis (Stoke-on-Trent), stayed October 18th-25th 2008.
"Thank you for letting us stay in your caravan. The beds were comfy and in the cold weather the central heating warmed the caravan up fast. The entertainment wasn't that good and a long walk over there, so the Playstation and DVD's came in handy, except the Freeview Box had a bad signal. But overall we had a great time and maybe we will come again sometime. p.s. It was very boggy on the grass outside."
Andrea, Catherine & Rachel (Stourbridge, West Mids), stayed October 11th-18th 2008.
"Lovely clean, tidy caravan. Good view. DVD's and Playstation was a god send for kids as weather has not been too good. Not been to Funworks so we cannot comment. Hope to book with you again next year. Also, thank you to the caretaker for seeing we had everything."
Mrs Sylvia Richards (Weston-Super-Mare), stayed October 4th-11th 2008.
"Managed to have a great time in spite of the weather! Caravan very well appointed and clean. Plenty to keep youngsters amused."

"I would like to say, as we walked into your caravan we found it was nice and clean and tidy, the view of the sea from the caravan was good. It was good to find DVD's and game station in the caravan. I would like to say the entertainment could be much better from the club, Thanks.
Thank you also to the man (Vaughan) who came and checked
we had everything we needed, it was a pleasure to of met him. he came in the really bad weather and explained things to us. Thank you once again."
Charley, Bryan, Debs & George (West Sussex & Hants), stayed September 6th-13th 2008.

The Moore Family (Antrim, N.Ireland), stayed August 30th-September 6th 2008.
"The caravan was superb, very well equipped. The children loved the Playstation and the DVD's were very useful at night. We thought the passes for the entertainment were very expensive considering what the site had to offer. Had a great time, children loved seeing the dolphins, New Quay a very pretty place. Thank you very much for a very comfortable stay."
The Chalk & Shingler Family (Frome, Somerset), stayed August 23rd-30th 2008.
"Thanks again for another gr8t holiday, third year with you and again no complaints. Caravan fantastic, weather not that good but able to get about. Playstation was good for my son and father. Caravan spotleess as usual."

"After our 6 hour long journey, the van didn't disappoint us. It was very comfortable and well kep van. The weather wasn't too great but the DVD's and Playstation helped a lot. The entertainment was good and New Quay is a nice town (Great Ice Cream). Hopefully return again."
The O'Donnell Family (Glasgow), stayed July 5th-12th 2008.
"We have had a really lovely holiday in the best caravan we have ever stayed in (and we've stayed in a lot!). The vans location is very peaceful and quiet with a great view. Beds very comfy and pillows perfect (I am fussy about pillows and had bought my own just in case - LOL!). We did not use any of the Haven facilities, as easy to get to New Quay. Beach from site is perfect and all 4 of our kids loved it. Thanks for the 'welcome visit' it was most helpful. Could not find the DVD's others had mentioned and the Freeview was unreliable (due to the van's position no doubt) but it wasn't used much. We hope to return to Wales next year and explore more of this beautiful country."
The Moore Family (Colchester), stayed June 28th-July 5th 2008.
"We had an excellent week here at Quay West, although weather near end was poor, did not use the Haven facilities only went to bar on 3 occasions so cannot comment on entertainment, caravan was excellent, thanks to all concerned."
Trevor & Elaine Hughes (Wallasey), stayed June 21st-28th 2008.
"Had a great holiday. Caravan lovely with fabulous view. Nice area and very little rain - what more could you ask for? Hope to return next year. Thank You."
Gayle & Phil (Liverpool), stayed June 7th-21st 2008.
"My children (Alfie & Sophie) love caravan holidays and this certainly didn't disappoint them! Well equipped caravan - the children loved the DVD's you provided. A bit disappointed with the entertainment (we've been to better Haven sites!) but nonetheless we've had a great holiday (only really one day's rain!!) Thank You."
The McAteer Family (Weaverham, Cheshire) stayed May 31st-June 7th 2008.
"Pretty grotty week initially weather wise so we really enjoyed the multitude of films & music. Played our first ever PS2 game - very excited - won't be getting one - too addictive! Beautiful sport - we really enjoyed the sea views as the weather improved. This is our elder son's favourite holiday destination so I'm sure we'll be back next year."
Sissons Family (Morecambe) stayed May 24th-31st 2008.
"Once again another enjoyable holiday, hope to be back later in the year. Thanks again."

Dean, Gail, Gemma & Molly (Swansea) stayed April 26th - May 3rd 2008.
"Well done! Michael. Very neat and clean van. Very comfortable nights, very quiet, sea-view very special, boats etc. Plenty of bird life and squirrels. Entertainment and site shop very poor & expensive. Despite this we have had a peaceful break from the rat race etc. Thank You!"
Michael & Anne (Stoke) stayed April 19th-26th 2008.
"Thank you for letting us stay in your caravan it was wonderful. Plus if it was rainy we could stay in and use the Playstation 2 or watch DVD's which were provided by you. Thank You!!! (Hannah).
Had a great 2 weeks here, only had one day where it rained on and off, otherwise it's mainly been sunny. This is my 3rd time here and I have enjoyed these 2 weeks more as the FunStars have been excellent with Jack (6). Thanks again - off to start saving for next year!!"
Jenne, Kev, Robyn, Hannah & Jack (Gloucestershire) stayed April 5th-19th 2008.

Kids had a great time and I just relaxed. the van was clean and tidy on arrival as usual, DVD's a god send with the kids, so much choice. A fab holiday all round, back in the Summer."
Halliday Family (Ynysybwl, Cardiff) stayed October 20th-27th 2007.
"We've had a lovely time here. The caravan is perfect - everything you said it was. Left the van clean & tidy, we will be back next year for another great time. Thanks."
Julie & Eddie McIntyre (Heywood, Lancs) stayed October 13th-20th 2007.
"Fourth time here and we still love it! This caravan is a beautiful base we use whilst exploring this part of Wales. Weather has been mostly dry (just a couple of days of drizzle). Had a fantastic time, thank you."
Jill & Owen (Cambridge) stayed October 6th-13th 2007.
"Vaughan was a very friendly and helpful man. Kettle was leaking and within 2 hours we were delivered a new kettle. Excellent caravan, recommended to my in-laws who have booked for October half-term. Child friendly caravan, my little boy loves it here. Weather not been too good, but that's our weather for you. Thank you for a wonderful caravan."
Ryan, Jo, George (Walsall, West Mids) stayed September 15th-22nd 2007.

Karen Diparno (Wrexham) stayed September 8th-15th 2007.
"Thank you for the use of your caravan, it was lovely. We were really pleased when we got here. We found lots to do with the children, Folly Farm, horse riding, the beach, Bradley Bear show and boat trips. The gentlemen who looks after the caravan was very nice and helpful. Thank you again."
Laura Johnson (Trefnant, Denbighshire) stayed September 1st-8th 2007.

Kevin, Jenne, Robyn, Hannah, Jess, Jack, Grandad & Nanny (Kempley, Glos) stayed August 25th-September 1st 2007.
"Very nice caravan. Had a great time."
Georgina Garratt (Grantham, Lincs) stayed August 11th-18th 2007.
"Lovely caravan, great views. Weather was excellent apart from one day and night. Spent alot of time down at the beach, although not easy access for disabled and pushchairs. New Quay lovely little town and would come here again. Everyone associated with the private hire of the van very helpful and friendly."
The Butcher Family (Colchester, Essex) stayed August 4th-11th 2007.
"A super holiday. Weather fab all week, too much to eat and drink, but hey - we're on holiday. Need to get on the weights back home - to lift up the patio chairs!!! At least they didn't fly away in the wind!!! We'll be back."
The Clayton Family (Hereford) stayed July 28th- August 4th 2007.
"Had a really great week, also did very well with the weather. We had plenty of sunshine when we needed it, so can't complain. The caravan was a credit to you and your team. Vaughan was very friendly on our arrival and a great help with information (Thanks Vaughan!). Caravan very clean and well equipped so it made our stay a home from home. Took advice re not bothering with camp passes before came and were glad we didn't get the passes for adults, just for the kids as they were old enough to make use of them. Left the car and walked to New Quay alot. This allowed is to have a meal and a drink in any one of the pubs which were all good. Didn't manage to see any dolphins on the boat trip but worth the try. Honey Farm ok for a visit but don't bother with the Chocolate Farm, that was a big rip off - 'a chocolate factory' it isn't! All in all really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back and also recommend to others - Many thanks... What a great DVD collection and fantastic views from caravan. We have stayed in many caravans on Haven camps - Devon, Filey, over many years, but this caravan best by a mile for it's home from home feel and comfort, all credit to the Payne's and their team."
Jan Potts (Bury, Lancashire) stayed July 21st-28th 2007.
"First impressions excellent, very clean caravan. It's nice to be located away from the clubhouse and park area. For the children don't see everything, so no nagging. If you're thinking of taking a walk to the beach from the caravan site beware of the abundance of dog mess. A day trip to Folly Farm well worth it. Overall a lovely holiday had by all."
The Staceys (Abercynon, Mid Glamorgan) stayed July 14th-21st 2007.
"I would like to say what a beautiful caravan. Everything was well equipped, couldn't ask for more. I would also like to thank Vaughan for his knowledge of the area and say what a lovely man he was. He was very helpful. I hope to book this caravan again, the view was beautiful too. Thank you for a lovely holiday, hope to see you all again."
Barbara & Tudor Bosley (Rhondda, South Wales) stayed July 7th-14th 2007.
"Had a great time, great caravan with all you could want. Recommend the Hungry Trout in New Quay and the New Inn on the Cardigan Rd (A487 10 miles on left) for excellent food and good value. We would recommend this caravan to family and friends."
Tina & Andy Hickford (Milton Keynes) stayed June 30th- July 7th 2007.
"Good time had by all, beautiful caravan, everything has been so lovely. Weather's been a bit mixed but it hasn't spoilt a thing. Beaches are nice and the walk to the harbour is rewarding. Shame we have to go... Thank you."
Ian & Sue Davies & Family (North Wales) stayed June 23rd-30th 2007.
"The caravan was clean, modern and had all you could want, DVD's and Playstation came in handy on the rainy days. The best caravan we have been in. The views were great, despite the rain. The food in the Black Lion was good and good value, would love to come again but would not buy passes as the club pool etc was poor and should pay us to enter! (the pool was filthy). I would recommend the Payne family homes to any family & friends."
Michael Peet (Sheffield) stayed June 16th-23rd 2007.
"A lovely caravan, well equipped and clean, the views and position of the caravan couldn't have been better. We had one beautiful sunny day and the rest was rain. The DVD collection is superb, didn't feel complex passes were value for money. The one evening we went to Aqua Bar for evening meal was a disaster, it was carvery night and we waited approx 1½ hours then they ran out of meat, they managed to find some chicken and when they brought this over, just potatoes (no veg) - we were very unhappy with service and requested our money back. Would not invest in passes again as still plenty to see and do and lots of nice places to eat. The caravan was far superior than Haven caravans we have stayed in before."
Todd Family (Liverpool) stayed June 9th-16th 2007.
"A lovely spacious and well equipped caravan. Wonderful sea views and a very peaceful location. Weather was wonderful all week, so plenty of trips to the beach! Aberystwyth is a lovely town, and definitely worth a visit. Very good facilities for young children. We've had a lovely holiday, many thanks."
The Oliver Family (Daventry, Northants) stayed June 2nd-9th 2007.
"Myself and my family had a fantastic time whilst staying in this caravan - but the weather was topsy-turvy all week. We were very happy about the DVD's. We went on the New Quay boat trip but unfortunately we did not see any dolphins - but the views were absolutely amazing! Mum and Dad thought the double bed was lovely. The old fashioned sweet shop was great, we bought loads of yummy sweets! The other good thing about New Quay was the farms and entertainment. We had a great time!"
Jody, Karly, Jacque, John, Connor & Keira Boyce (Camberley) stayed May 26th- June 2nd 2007.
"Really nice caravan, everything was perfect. Weather was fantastic all week, New Quay is great. The Hungry Trout was far the best place to eat. The Mariner's was also a very good Fish & Chip shop (Take Away). If you go into Cardigan, the Black Lion on the high street is really good food and the Old Fashioned Sweetie Shop is great for the kids. If you goto Aberaeron for Honey Ice Cream don't go to the Mariners Hotel if you have small children as they are not very welcoming. All in all a great holiday."
The Bolton Family (Halesowen, West Mids) stayed May 19th-26th 2007.
"Once again a wonderful week in a beautiful caravan. We will return next year."
Jenny & Ian (Gwmcarn) stayed May 12th-19th 2007.
"Lovely caravan and site, with lovely walks down to the beach. Only a 15 minute walk into New Quay. Thoroughly recommend the "New Inn" Llangranog for a meal out. Lovely views!"
The Reader Family (Cheshire) stayed May 5th-12th 2007.
"Great holiday once again, fab weather!"
Jim & Vina Harris (Telford) stayed April 28th- May 5th 2007.
"Your brochure and information pack made the caravan look great but the reality far exceeded our expectations. This is by far the best caravan we have ever stayed in and we will be recommending it to anyone who will listen. Having grown up locally we've seen the sights before but are returning this time with the kids! Beautiful part of the world - you are lucky to have a lovely holiday home here. Anyone who stays must have a honey ice cream in Aberaeron - my favourite flavour is the honey hazelnut! Great selection of films and having freeview (CBeebies in particular) was very handy on the rainy days."
The Manser Family (South Gloucestershire) stayed April 21st-28th 2007.
"Great holiday, once again."
Sara & Family (Wrexham) stayed April 7th-14th 2007.
"Beautiful, comfortable caravan in a lovely location - fantastic views! Had brilliant weather and have been on some great days out - Cardigan Island Farm Park is great for the kids (and adults). Wonderful to see the baby Wallaby and the lads loved the seals. New Quay is beautiful with a fantastic beach. Spent a whole day there just walking along the beach and building sandcastles. Penbryn worth a visit - but watch out with your shoes! If you find a child's black boot with a yellow sock - it's ours! Only thing wrong was having to go home and the unhelpful reception staff who advised that you shouldn't actually leave the site and explore the beautiful coast! Kids were most impressed with the DVD's - as commented by everyone else. You're very lucky to own such a wonderful home. Thank you very much for the opportunity to stay here. It's been great. Hope to be back with the grandparents next time!"
Tracy, David, MacKenzie & Ramsey Johnson (Enderby, Leics) stayed March 31st- April 7th 2007.
"What a superb caravan! You have thought of everything & we agree with everyone's comments about the DVD's - fabulous selection! We have been so lucky with the weather this week. We went on a fantastic walk along the cliff tops from New Quay - National Trust land for about 5 miles - we saw lambs, bunnies, seals and loads of dolphins., along with the most spectacular views! If you like walking definitely go there. We went to the Cardigan Island coastal farm park - that was a lovely scenic walk, and feeding the animals was great fun - and the wallaby had a baby in it's pouch, which was so cute! If you like Thai food, then we highly recommend the 'Ty Thai' in New Quay - amazing food, and a lovely decorated restaurant, with a fabulous view. We will definitely be back, we have had a wonderful week. Thank you!"
Zoe & David Carr (Tyne & Wear) stayed March 24th-31st 2007.
"To Mike & Joe, what a beautiful caravan. You really keep the vans lovely and clean throughout, you both deserve medals for it. Because these are the best vans we have been in, we all enjoy our stay. We'll be back again."
The Mahon Family (Birmingham) stayed December 23rd 2006- January 1st 2007.
"Thank you for letting us stay in your lovely caravan, what stunning views. We will definitely return, perfect location to relax. We give your caravan 10/10 it is stunning, it is like home from home! We don't want to leave, we have had a wonderful stay! Weather not too bad, your DVD collection is great! All in all a top class holiday! Thank you very much."
Hurford Family (Bridgend) stayed November 4th-11th 2006.
"Well, where do I start? Had a fantastic time here! Weather has been really nice for October, only about 2 days of rain if that. Went to Aberystwyth and Cardigan. Would recommend Cardigan, beautiful village. New Quay was very nice, beaches beautiful, and great for fishing would recommend 'The Queens' for good grub in the village. Spent over £50 on tickets (Funworks) but was not impressed - very expensive!"
Hodson Family (Manchester) stayed October 14th-21st 2006.
"Another wonderful week here. We arrived on a sunny day and are leaving on a sunny day. Lots to see and do, especially if you don't mind travelling and there's only two of you. If you enjoy walking, try the beaches at Tresaith and Borth. A bit more effort is required at Devil's Bridge. A more leisurely time can be had at the Tal-Y-Llyn railway. Good local food, although our favourite pub was closed for a refit. The Harbour Master's hotel in Aberaeron has superb food. Thanks again for a fantastic holiday."
Jill & Owen (Cambridge) stayed October 7th-14th 2006.
"Caravan - Superb, View - Superb, Chill Factor - 10/10. Thank you for the use of your lovely holiday home. The DVD collection was much appreciated. We have enjoyed a lovely break. We will be recommending you to all our friends. Once again, many thanks."
Jim & Julie Ward (Wrexham) stayed September 30th- October 7th 2006.
"First class caravan and DVD's. Being in a wheelchair and using sticks to get around inside, I couldn't ask for anything better with the layout of the caravan. The en-suite is a plus when you have children. Disappointed with the playground as you had to have passes to use it and having 2 small ones, it would have been nice to use it without paying. Folly Farm is a must visit even if you have no children. A full day is needed to look around the farm and enjoy all the activities. For a special gift to take home visit Pick and Paint ceramics, Llanarth Pottery, they have a wide range to pick from and will post to your home if it hasn't been glazed. If you fancy a meal, the Dragon Palace Chinese Take-Away in New Quay is nice, although a bit pricey. Great time!"
Paula, Andrew, Megan & MacKenzy Learmouth (Tyne & Wear) stayed September 23rd-30th 2006.
"Thanks for your lovely caravan. It was superb. I share a house with 3 kids and a husband and we only have ONE bathroom that houses the toilet as well. To have an ensuite was pure luxury! Infact the way number 8 is designed is heaven itself for parents. Once I closed the kitchen and bedroom door I couldn't hear a single thing. So every morning the kids got up and watched TV whilst I slept unaware! It was bliss. I did threaten them too that if they actually fed me regularly I wouldn't need to even come out of the room! I have to say I don't watch TV much so I didn't even put the TV on in my bedroom but it was nice to know it was there. The kids loved their space too. They wanted to steal the lounge TV as it is so much better than ours at home. The DVDs were brilliant. Up to date with films the kids actually want to watch.. what a God send on the day it rained. The older 2 disappeared and left me with the 5 year old who thought it was Christmas when he was allowed to watch film after film! The kitchen was great for cooking as I had enough space to do this and all but one essential piece of equipment to do the job too. I normally cook because eating out can really use up the money and its frustrating to use a poorly equipped kitchen. Yours was brilliant it just lacked a whisk (hand one of course)! We use a whisk most days in our home (maybe we are weird?) for homemade cheese sauces, Angel Delight, custard and of course pancakes for breakfast. We managed with a fork though. So no major disaster there. We loved our holiday thank you so much. I'm considering booking your van again! I hope there will be some spaces left when I get the deposit together."
Jenne Kevin and The Kids (Kempley) stayed August 26th- September 2nd 2006.
"Thank you for a lovely clean, tidy caravan, it is a pleasure to stay here. The DVD's were a great idea, especially with 3 children. Loved the caravan and found everything we needed, I liked sitting on the decking, with it's sea view - great. We had a great time, the old post cards in the cabinet was a nice touch. I stayed on this site years ago with my parents when it was much smaller and wanted to show my children New Quay as it always held happy memories for me. The comedian was funny and we enjoyed that. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Thank you."
Adele, Sam, Laura & Melissa Downes (Hednesford, Staffs) stayed August 19th-26th 2006.
"New Quay was wonderful as usual, as we are no strangers tp having our holidays here, however this year your caravan made the differences into making the holiday first class. It's the nicest caravan we've stayed in. In past holidays we've booked with Haven Holidays and each time had bad experiences, where staff haven't cared. The caravan was well equipped (loved the DVD's), clean and the decking was great. We travelled a bit, St.Davids worth a visit, very pretty. Oakwood theme park is always a good family day out. Mariner's best chips! Black Lion lovely food, but if you don't mind pushing the boat out, The Hungry Trout is stunning. Overall great holiday. I'm sure we'll be back next year and will recommend it to everyone."
Simon, Wendy, Nia & Rhys John (Swansea) stayed August 5th-19th 2006.
"Had a wonderful two weeks, the weather was wonderful the first week, but dull the second, can't complain though as the caravan was great. Very roomy, tidy, everything we needed was here. All in all very happy and would come back next year and definitely recommend to others."
The Hall Family (Smethwick, West Mids) stayed July 22nd- August 5th 2006.
"Fantastic weather, nice clean well equipped caravan. Week went too quick. Nice beach, good facilities. have made good use of swimming pool, had lots of fun. Have never been before but would love to come again sometime."
Heane Family (Loughborough, Leics) stayed July 15th-22nd 2006.
"A great week and a great and well thought out caravan. DVD's were great - kids loved them! Fantastic views. Folly farm is well worth a visit and would recommend it to anyone with kids. Fantastic day out and great value for money! Allow a full day though! Weather great most of the time!! Only recommendation we can make is we will be back and we will recommend to friends & family etc"
Julie Kysh (St.Helens, Merseyside) stayed July 8th-15th 2006.
"Had a fantastic fortnight. The weather has been gorgeous. Lovely clean caravan, my only reservation is the layout makes it quite cramped but what beautiful views! The Wellington Inn served lovely food in New Quay and the 1 hour boat cruise from New Quay is worth a try. There is a lovely beach at Aberporth, So much to see and do, sad to go home - will be back. Enjoy!"
Julie, Kevin & Molly Roberts (Belper, Derbyshire) stayed June 24th- July 8th 2006.
"Lovely caravan, kids bedrooms a bit of a squeeze though. Clubhouse OK. Weather was OK."
Mills Family (Barry, South Wales) stayed June 17th-24th 2006.
"Beautiful caravan, weather was great. All round excellent week - can't wait to come back. Definitely recommend The Watchhouse, best food around by far."
K.G. Chetwin (Wheaton Aston, Staffs) stayed June 10th-17th 2006.
"The weather was absolutely perfect - a full week of sunshine. The caravan, so comfortable and well equipped. The Paynes had thought of everything! This is our second visit and we bought some family members - we'll be back soon!"
Sandra & Phil Schott (Ellesmere Port, Cheshire) stayed June 3rd-10th 2006.
"The wet & cold weather gave way to glorious sunshine. The caravan is very smart, well equipped and what a lovely view! The children were entertained woth the selection of DVD's, especially as the TV is alot smarter than at home! Hopefully be back next year, especially as the beach is so quiet and beautiful."
Caroline Depla (Wiltshire) stayed May 27th- June 3rd 2006.

Emma Hughes (Pembrokeshire) stayed April 22nd-29th 2006.
"We had a lovely time staying in your beautiful well equipped caravan. We did think paying for the passes for mainly a daily swim worked out expensive. However, we would probably have taken more advantage of the evening entertainment had our children been a little older. We thoroughly enjoyed the decking to keep the boys off the wet grass. The boys thoroughly enjoyed your selection of DVD's. All in all had a great time."
Helen Young (Newport, Gwent) stayed April 15th-22nd 2006.
"Wonderful caravan - fantastic setting. We all really enjoyed ourselves."
Jennifer Hewitt (Leeds) stayed April 8th-15th 2006.

Debbie Simpson & Family (Colchester) stayed April 1st-8th 2006.
"Thank you for letting us borrow your beautiful caravan for the week, very well equipped. Great home comforts! Surrounding scenery breathtaking, love New Quay. Black Lion pub food was lovely (best around). Devil's Bridge worth a visit. Also Alternative Technology Centre. We all loved our stay especially our 3 year old son."
The Cooper Family (Leicester) stayed October 29th- November 5th 2005.
"Beautiful caravan, everything you need. Excellent sea view, Second time here, enjoyed our stay. Went on boat trip - saw dolphins which made holiday complete."
Sue Ratcliffe & Family (Cheshire) stayed October 15th-22nd 2005.
"Just as good as last time. Already looking forward to next year. Didn't use any facilities. Weather was good - only 2 wet days. We love it here, it's like a home away from home... a fantastic base from which to see some lovely scenery. Thank you for the use of your holiday home."
Jill & Owen (Cambridge) stayed October 8th-15th 2005.
"Great holiday, caravan excellent. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, hope to be back again next year. Thanks again."

"Wonderful caravan, fantastic views. We all had a very enjoyable time, seen plenty of dolphins, went to some lovely places and had very good weather. Didn't use any of the facilities on the site, but still had a good holiday. Thanks very much for the use of your lovely caravan."
The Davies Family (Kidderminster) stayed September 17th- October 1st 2005.
"Had a very enjoyable week. Great weather! Caravan very comfortable. Visited some lovely places, white water rafting in Bala a must!"
Pat Tekell (Hertfordshire) stayed September 10th-17th 2005.
"The caravan was great, everything you could want in a home away from home. Although a few more kitchen utensils would have been handy when cooking (e.g. no wooden spoon). The entertainment was poor and the complex was also poor. Disappointed with the pool and like everyone else thought passes were a rip off. Beach is good.. Oakwood Theme Park was a disappointment. We still managed to have a good time though. Thank You."
Christina Nila (Leeds) stayed August 20th-27th 2005.
"The caravan is just quality, everything we needed. The kids loved the DVD's. The entertainment was poor and the passes were a rip off. Apart from BH we had a great time off the caravan site."
Platto (Liverpool) stayed August 13th-19th 2005. "Caravan very comfortable. View is wonderful. Nearest place to do a "big shop" is Cardigan (Tesco). Won't pay prices on site for meals as they are extortionate (and you'd end up a fatty with all the junk they sell). Passes are a rip off. Kids even need them to go to the park! Oakwood Theme Park is a brilliant day out - especially when the day out ends with a water show and a firework display. A long day but well worth it. Devil's Bridge was a good place to go but wear sensible shoes - lots of climbing. Went on the boat trip but dolphins did not make a show. Best bit - Caravan. Worst bit - BH Staff/passes/complex. Thanks for your caravan. n.b. We thought passes were a rip off but we managed to use a one day pass three days in a row!!"
Karin, Stephen, Anthony & Aylsa (Northumberland) stayed August 6th- 13th 2005.
"When we first arrived the weather was dull - but the caravan was amazing. It had everything I have in my home - and the bath was great as most caravans have showers. Devils Bridge was worth a visit and New Quay beach was great fun. The highlight was at 6pm and go to to New Quay beach and see the dolphins. A relaxing holiday and worth going too!"
Gemma Cooper, Age 12 (Liverpool) stayed July 30th- August 6th 2005.
"We had a super time in New Quay but left early due to poor weather. The caravan has everything you could want and really is 'home from home'. The beach is great for kids but the tide is in 'til about 1pm so have alternative plans for the morning. Fantasy Farm Park is not cheap (£16 for a family of four) but was a really enjoyable day out (probably suits younger kids; ours are 6 & 3). We went into Aberaeron one day which has shops, a harbour and a nice playing area with swings & slides. Didn't use funworks, so can't comment on it's value. Lovely and quiet around the caravan making it a very relaxing holiday."
The Spellman Family (Solihull) stayed July 23rd-30th 2005.
"Whoopee!! Great caravan, thank you. Let's give you some of our isdom that we hope you will find useful... Weather - rubbish, but you can't change that. Caravan - excellent thank you. Complex - we used it alot, bit of a rip off but so is London, Paris etc etc. To be expected I guess... Kids loved it , shows, swimming, Bradley Bear, bowling etc... A word about the entertainment, if it says on the programme that it starts at 9pm. it doesn't - it starts at 8pm. Things like The Circus and Legends (check it out!). Food - Black Lion in New Quay very good - beer garden big - kids love it! Out & About - Fantasy Farm - excellent day out, Teifi (Henllan Train) - good day out."
Mr & Mrs Lawson & James (5), Andrew (3) (Abergele), stayed July 16th-23rd 2005.
"Caravan excellent, sea view fantastic - caretaker very helpful and friendly. Complex passes far too expensive - essentially paying for pool use only as all other activities are extra. Park staff miserable and unfriendly. Thank you Mr & Mrs Payne for the use of your lovely caravan, it's a sham that Quay West park in general let's you down."
S & C.H.Jones & Family (Pwllheli), stayed July 9th-16th 2005.
"WOW-WOW-WOW-WOW XX Caravan is lovely - great views. Club passes a big rip-off!!! entertainment rubbish - so kids spend a fortune in the arcade. Very annoying that everything is 'pay extra' such as pool, bowling etc. Park staff could do with some lessons in helpful bar staff behaviour. Otherwise OK!!"
Dr Barrows & Family (Cirencester), stayed July 2nd-9th 2005.
"Repeating what most people have said - caravan was exceptionally clean. We had a great time, didn't see the dolphins (need to be there at the right time). The funworks was a very expensive time, so make sure you have plenty of money for that alone. The food there was absolutely disgusting so it would be best to go to Tesco's in Cardigan. The chocolate farm was brill, so cheers to the Payne family for the use of their caravan. It could do with a BBQ though. Hope to come back again."
Tracy, Steven, Kim, Simon, Amber, Daniel & Lewis (Bolton), stayed June 25th- 2nd July 2005.
"Lovely clean caravan - nice view!"
Maria Grey (Milton Keynes), stayed June 18th-25th 2005.
"Great caravan - lovely and clean and equipped with everything a young family could need. Avoided the site activities and entertainment but didn't need them as plenty of beautiful beaches to keep our two toddlers entertained (for free!!). Overall, the location is lovely and the views great. We'll be back soon!"
Simon, Isaac, Ptolemy & Jo (Bradford), stayed June 11th-18th 2005.
"Wonderful caravan, everythng you could need, apart from a hot tub! Site good for kids but lots of extra charges to pay for after purchasing expensive passes. Bar staff leave alot to be desired, inconsistent with their rules about children, baby food facilities. Rather lazy at cleaning tables. Thank you for your caravan."
The Williams Family (Ludlow), stayed June 4th-11th 2005.
"Superb caravan. Relaxing holiday. Passes to complex a rip off. Looking forward to returning next year. Many thanks."

"We have had a fantastic week here in New Quay in a lovely caravan in a beautiful location. Even the weather has behaved itself with sunshine all week. The caravan itself was even better than we expected with beautiful decor and all the home comforts. What more could we have asked for? Thank you from us both."

"Caravan perfect as before - weather changeable but able to get out & about - all had a great time."
The Hughes & Fisher Families (Pembrokeshire), stayed April 16th-23rd 2005.
"A lovely caravan with a fantastic view. We agree the passes are expensive and do not offer value for money. Fantasy Park Farm well worth a visit with the kids. Poppit beach at Cardigan nice too - caretaker very helpful."
The Cunningham Family (Oxfordshire), stayed April 9th-16th 2005.
"Smashing caravan, lovely view - shame about the weather for the majority of the week! Ditto comment about the passes for the complex - not worth the money - especially when you have to pay for other facilities, i.e. golf, trampoline, pool activities - on top! A trip to the Celtic Centre (Celtica) well worth a visit (all indoors if you get bad weather). Many Thanks."
The Crocombe Family (Ledbury), stayed April 2nd-9th 2005.
"We're back - Just for the weekend! As good as ever. Thanks - a beautiful caravan (would like it ourselves). "
Griffiths Family (Wolverhampton), stayed March 5th-6th 2005.

Mark Griffiths (Wolverhampton), stayed Dec 31st 2004- Jan 2nd 2005.
"What would you like to say? I Ask. Wow! Fantastic! Amazing! Lovely! Says she. And I couldn't agree more. We've had a great time in very comfortable, cosy accommodation. Can't comment on facilities as there was so much to see and do in this beautiful part of Wales. Can recommend the honey farm, the farm park at Cardigan and the wonderful scenery in the hills NW of Lampeter. Also just strolling along the coast. Thank you very much!"

"When I arrived at this beautiful caravan for my holiday I felt very fortunate that I had such an amazing caravan for the week. I was shocked to find that it had 2 DVD players in just one caravan and a comfortable settee with a big TV and digital box (a few features you would have at your home). Thank you for letting us borrow your caravan for the week. I hope I come here again."
William Roberts, Age 10 (Caerleon, Gwent), stayed Aug 14th-21st 2004.
