"Thanks for your lovely caravan. It was superb. I share a house with 3 kids and a husband and we only have ONE bathroom that houses the toilet as well. To have an ensuite was pure luxury! Infact the way number 8 is designed is heaven itself for parents. Once I closed the kitchen and bedroom door I couldn't hear a single thing. So every morning the kids got up and watched TV whilst I slept unaware! It was bliss. I did threaten them too that if they actually fed me regularly I wouldn't need to even come out of the room! I have to say I don't watch TV much so I didn't even put the TV on in my bedroom but it was nice to know it was there. The kids loved their space too. They wanted to steal the lounge TV as it is so much better than ours at home. The DVDs were brilliant. Up to date with films the kids actually want to watch.. what a God send on the day it rained. The older 2 disappeared and left me with the 5 year old who thought it was Christmas when he was allowed to watch film after film!

The kitchen was great for cooking as I had enough space to do this and all but one essential piece of equipment to do the job too. I normally cook because eating out can really use up the money and its frustrating to use a poorly equipped kitchen. Yours was brilliant it just lacked a whisk (hand one of course)! We use a whisk most days in our home (maybe we are weird?) for homemade cheese sauces, Angel Delight, custard and of course pancakes for breakfast. We managed with a fork though. So no major disaster there.

We loved our holiday thank you so much. I'm considering booking your van again! I hope there will be some spaces left when I get the deposit together."
Jenne Kevin and The Kids (Kempley) stayed August 26th- September 2nd 2006.

"Wonderful caravan - fantastic setting. We all really enjoyed ourselves."
Jennifer Hewitt (Leeds) stayed April 8th-15th 2006.

"The nicest caravan I have ever had the pleasure of staying in. Very well equipped and comfortable. What a view!"
Debbie Simpson & Family (Colchester) stayed April 1st-8th 2006.

"Thank you for letting us borrow your beautiful caravan for the week, very well equipped. Great home comforts! Surrounding scenery breathtaking, love New Quay. Black Lion pub food was lovely (best around). Devil's Bridge worth a visit. Also Alternative Technology Centre. We all loved our stay especially our 3 year old son."
The Cooper Family (Leicester) stayed October 29th- November 5th 2005.

"Beautiful caravan, everything you need. Excellent sea view, Second time here, enjoyed our stay. Went on boat trip - saw dolphins which made holiday complete."
Sue Ratcliffe & Family (Cheshire) stayed October 15th-22nd 2005.

"Just as good as last time. Already looking forward to next year. Didn't use any facilities. Weather was good - only 2 wet days. We love it here, it's like a home away from home... a fantastic base from which to see some lovely scenery. Thank you for the use of your holiday home."
Jill & Owen (Cambridge) stayed October 8th-15th 2005.

"Great holiday, caravan excellent. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, hope to be back again next year. Thanks again."
Dave, Sue, Sarah, Jessica & Ben (Wrexham) stayed October 1st-8th 2005.

"Wonderful caravan, fantastic views. We all had a very enjoyable time, seen plenty of dolphins, went to some lovely places and had very good weather. Didn't use any of the facilities on the site, but still had a good holiday. Thanks very much for the use of your lovely caravan."
The Davies Family (Kidderminster) stayed September 17th- October 1st 2005.

"Had a very enjoyable week. Great weather! Caravan very comfortable. Visited some lovely places, white water rafting in Bala a must!"
Pat Tekell (Hertfordshire) stayed September 10th-17th 2005.

"The caravan was great, everything you could want in a home away from home. Although a few more kitchen utensils would have been handy when cooking (e.g. no wooden spoon). The entertainment was poor and the complex was also poor. Disappointed with the pool and like everyone else thought passes were a rip off. Beach is good.. Oakwood Theme Park was a disappointment. We still managed to have a good time though. Thank You."
Christina Nila (Leeds) stayed August 20th-27th 2005.

"The caravan is just quality, everything we needed. The kids loved the DVD's. The entertainment was poor and the passes were a rip off. Apart from BH we had a great time off the caravan site."
Platto (Liverpool) stayed August 13th-19th 2005.

"Caravan very comfortable. View is wonderful. Nearest place to do a "big shop" is Cardigan (Tesco). Won't pay prices on site for meals as they are extortionate (and you'd end up a fatty with all the junk they sell). Passes are a rip off. Kids even need them to go to the park! Oakwood Theme Park is a brilliant day out - especially when the day out ends with a water show and a firework display. A long day but well worth it. Devil's Bridge was a good place to go but wear sensible shoes - lots of climbing. Went on the boat trip but dolphins did not make a show. Best bit - Caravan. Worst bit - BH Staff/passes/complex. Thanks for your caravan. n.b. We thought passes were a rip off but we managed to use a one day pass three days in a row!!"
Karin, Stephen, Anthony & Aylsa (Northumberland) stayed August 6th- 13th 2005.

"When we first arrived the weather was dull - but the caravan was amazing. It had everything I have in my home - and the bath was great as most caravans have showers. Devils Bridge was worth a visit and New Quay beach was great fun. The highlight was at 6pm and go to to New Quay beach and see the dolphins. A relaxing holiday and worth going too!"
Gemma Cooper, Age 12 (Liverpool) stayed July 30th- August 6th 2005.

"We had a super time in New Quay but left early due to poor weather. The caravan has everything you could want and really is 'home from home'. The beach is great for kids but the tide is in 'til about 1pm so have alternative plans for the morning. Fantasy Farm Park is not cheap (£16 for a family of four) but was a really enjoyable day out (probably suits younger kids; ours are 6 & 3). We went into Aberaeron one day which has shops, a harbour and a nice playing area with swings & slides. Didn't use funworks, so can't comment on it's value. Lovely and quiet around the caravan making it a very relaxing holiday."
The Spellman Family (Solihull) stayed July 23rd-30th 2005.

"Whoopee!! Great caravan, thank you. Let's give you some of our isdom that we hope you will find useful... Weather - rubbish, but you can't change that. Caravan - excellent thank you. Complex - we used it alot, bit of a rip off but so is London, Paris etc etc. To be expected I guess... Kids loved it , shows, swimming, Bradley Bear, bowling etc... A word about the entertainment, if it says on the programme that it starts at 9pm. it doesn't - it starts at 8pm. Things like The Circus and Legends (check it out!). Food - Black Lion in New Quay very good - beer garden big - kids love it! Out & About - Fantasy Farm - excellent day out, Teifi (Henllan Train) - good day out."
Mr & Mrs Lawson & James (5), Andrew (3) (Abergele), stayed July 16th-23rd 2005.

"Caravan excellent, sea view fantastic - caretaker very helpful and friendly. Complex passes far too expensive - essentially paying for pool use only as all other activities are extra. Park staff miserable and unfriendly. Thank you Mr & Mrs Payne for the use of your lovely caravan, it's a sham that Quay West park in general let's you down."
S & C.H.Jones & Family (Pwllheli), stayed July 9th-16th 2005.

"WOW-WOW-WOW-WOW XX Caravan is lovely - great views. Club passes a big rip-off!!! entertainment rubbish - so kids spend a fortune in the arcade. Very annoying that everything is 'pay extra' such as pool, bowling etc. Park staff could do with some lessons in helpful bar staff behaviour. Otherwise OK!!"
Dr Barrows & Family (Cirencester), stayed July 2nd-9th 2005.

"Repeating what most people have said - caravan was exceptionally clean. We had a great time, didn't see the dolphins (need to be there at the right time). The funworks was a very expensive time, so make sure you have plenty of money for that alone. The food there was absolutely disgusting so it would be best to go to Tesco's in Cardigan. The chocolate farm was brill, so cheers to the Payne family for the use of their caravan. It could do with a BBQ though. Hope to come back again."
Tracy, Steven, Kim, Simon, Amber, Daniel & Lewis (Bolton), stayed June 25th- 2nd July 2005.

"Lovely clean caravan - nice view!"
Maria Grey (Milton Keynes), stayed June 18th-25th 2005.

"Great caravan - lovely and clean and equipped with everything a young family could need. Avoided the site activities and entertainment but didn't need them as plenty of beautiful beaches to keep our two toddlers entertained (for free!!). Overall, the location is lovely and the views great. We'll be back soon!"
Simon, Isaac, Ptolemy & Jo (Bradford), stayed June 11th-18th 2005.

"Wonderful caravan, everythng you could need, apart from a hot tub! Site good for kids but lots of extra charges to pay for after purchasing expensive passes. Bar staff leave alot to be desired, inconsistent with their rules about children, baby food facilities. Rather lazy at cleaning tables. Thank you for your caravan."
The Williams Family (Ludlow), stayed June 4th-11th 2005.

"Superb caravan. Relaxing holiday. Passes to complex a rip off. Looking forward to returning next year. Many thanks."
Ian & Jenny Padfield (Gwent), stayed May 14th-21st 2005.

"We've had a lovely week, sunny but cool. Caravan is the nicest we've stayed in - hopefully we will be back. Thank you."
Jim & Lisa Harris (Telford), stayed May 7th-14th 2005.

"We have had a fantastic week here in New Quay in a lovely caravan in a beautiful location. Even the weather has behaved itself with sunshine all week. The caravan itself was even better than we expected with beautiful decor and all the home comforts. What more could we have asked for? Thank you from us both."
Rob & Melissa Perry (Cannock), stayed April 30th- May 7th 2005.

"We've stayed at Quay West many times before but this is by far the nicest caravan we've stayed in, hopefully we will be back."
Gail & Dean Harris (Swansea), stayed April 23rd-30th 2005.

"Caravan perfect as before - weather changeable but able to get out & about - all had a great time."
The Hughes & Fisher Families (Pembrokeshire), stayed April 16th-23rd 2005.

"A lovely caravan with a fantastic view. We agree the passes are expensive and do not offer value for money. Fantasy Park Farm well worth a visit with the kids. Poppit beach at Cardigan nice too - caretaker very helpful."
The Cunningham Family (Oxfordshire), stayed April 9th-16th 2005.

"Smashing caravan, lovely view - shame about the weather for the majority of the week! Ditto comment about the passes for the complex - not worth the money - especially when you have to pay for other facilities, i.e. golf, trampoline, pool activities - on top! A trip to the Celtic Centre (Celtica) well worth a visit (all indoors if you get bad weather). Many Thanks."
The Crocombe Family (Ledbury), stayed April 2nd-9th 2005.

"We're back - Just for the weekend! As good as ever. Thanks - a beautiful caravan (would like it ourselves). "
Griffiths Family (Wolverhampton), stayed March 5th-6th 2005.

"Thanks very much for the hire of the van it was a fantastic caravan and we had a wonderful couple of days, in the end it was just not long enough. "
Mark Griffiths (Wolverhampton), stayed Dec 31st 2004- Jan 2nd 2005.

"What would you like to say? I Ask. Wow! Fantastic! Amazing! Lovely! Says she. And I couldn't agree more. We've had a great time in very comfortable, cosy accommodation. Can't comment on facilities as there was so much to see and do in this beautiful part of Wales. Can recommend the honey farm, the farm park at Cardigan and the wonderful scenery in the hills NW of Lampeter. Also just strolling along the coast. Thank you very much!"
Jill & Owen (Sawston, Cambridge), stayed October 16th-23rd 2004.

"Beautiful caravan with excellent sea view. We have had a superb holiday. Many Thanks. "
Sue Ratcliffe & Family (Marple, Cheshire), stayed Oct 9th-16th 2004.

"What a great week! Great caravan, clean, tidy and very well equipped - saw dolphins & seals a plenty! Will be back, thank you."
Richard & Sara Byard (Reading), stayed October 2nd-9th 2004.

"Caravan exceptionally clean & tidy. Much appreciated. Don't buy club passes unless you are under 8. Entertainment rubbish. Nice week - Thanks."
Mike & Elaine Cullum (Wellingborough), stayed Sep 25th - Oct 2nd 2004.

"Lovely site, nice caravan, but passes for entertainment very expensive. We have visited some lovely places. Thank You."
The Collins Family (Darnall, Sheffield), stayed Sep 18th-25th 2004.

"The weather left alot to be desired this week, but the caravan didn't - SUPERB! Thank You. "
The Stott Family (Pontefract), stayed Sep 11th-18th 2004.

"Not only was the caravan excellent but we had the best weather. We have all really enjoyed our stay. We will be back next year."
Hughes Family (Pembroke Dock), stayed September 4th-11th 2004.

"Lovely caravan! Beautifully tidy and everything presented. Really enjoyed our stay. Thank you very much!"
David Hoddinot (Rumney, Cardiff), stayed Aug 28th - Sep 4th 2004.

"Excellent caravan! Had a great time, we'll be back."
Bryn Whitworth (Oldham), stayed August 21st-28th 2004.

"When I arrived at this beautiful caravan for my holiday I felt very fortunate that I had such an amazing caravan for the week. I was shocked to find that it had 2 DVD players in just one caravan and a comfortable settee with a big TV and digital box (a few features you would have at your home). Thank you for letting us borrow your caravan for the week. I hope I come here again."
William Roberts, Age 10 (Caerleon, Gwent), stayed Aug 14th-21st 2004.
